The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG)
The MCG is more than just a sports venue, it is a multi-purpose venue that hosts sporting events, conferences, dinners, concerts and many more.
Nestled in Yarra Park, about a 10-minute walk from the heart of the city, the MCG is open every day of the year for events and functions and tourists and the general public alike can visit seven days a week.
Entry to the Symposium at the MCG
Entry to the MCG for the Symposium is via Gate 3 (see map below). Please note that every person entering the MCG will be subject to a bag search.
The Oceania Seating Symposium is occupying the following function spaces (see map below for location):
- Members Dining Room - Plenary Space
- Olympic Room & Betty Cuthbert Lounge - Exhibition Spaces | Catering | Registration Desk
- Jim Stynes and Yarra Rooms - Break out Spaces
