Welcome to the registration page for the Oceania Seating Symposium 2025 (OSS 2025).

Before you register, please read all the information on this page. 

Registration Fees (Exclusive of GST)

Early registration applies until 26 September 2025

The delegate registration fee includes the cost of attending the conference sessions and exhibition, welcome function, e-handbook, morning & afternoon teas, & lunches.

The Presenter registration type will be available from 12 May 2025 (When submitters are advised of abstract acceptance).

There are 2 social functions taking place at OSS 2025. Both functions take place at the Symposium Venue. The functions are:

• Symposium Welcome Function (inclusive with registration)
• Symposium Dinner ($56.52 + GST per person)

 Symposium Welcome Function: Proudly Supported by 

The Welcome function takes place on 4 November 2025 in the Exhibition Hall at the conclusion of the days programme.

Symposium Dinner: Proudly Supported by 

The Dinner takes place on 5 November 2025 from approximately 7pm until late.

When registering, you will be able to indicate your attendance at the Welcome Function and purchase tickets for the Dinner.

If you wish to purchase a dinner ticket separately to your delegate registration (for invoicing requirements) please click the button below.

When you reach the end of the registration process, you will have the options to pay as below:

• Request a tax invoice and pay via bank transfer
• request a purchase order invoice - please ensure you have a purchase order before selecting this option
• payment by credit/debit card
